Felt truely spoiled here
Pure luxury- loved everything about this hotel. The food, service, staff could not have been any better. In fact was all exceptional. Beautiful secluded resort with beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Staff were amazing at attending to your every need, even booked us a private speed boat to our next destination on Gilli T from the hotels private jetty, which wasn’t too expensive and saved the hassle of going into the local port. Service was so professionally bespoke and personal and all spoke so highly of their employment at the resort. Beautiful sunsets too!
Nothing as it suited our needs perfectly for a one night stay and as a launchpad to the Gilli islands.

« Havre de paix à Lombok »
Préambule : à la recherche d’un endroit calme proche des îles gili avec un niveau de confort élevé, notre choix s’est vite porté sur la chaîne Oberoi qui nous a rassuré en terme de qualité. Déjà la préparation du séjour confirme notre choix, avec une réception très réactive à nos demandes et programmation du séjour à distance plusieurs semaines avant notre arrivée. Nous avions longtemps hésité avec le Tugu Lombok qui se situe à proximité mais finalement la jetée présente à l’Oberoi, les avis sur la qualité des chambres et la marque Oberoi nous ont décidé définitivement. Accueil : Nous avions programmé une navette pour notre arrivée à Praya après un long voyage. Le chauffeur nous attend avec des serviettes désaltérantes et boissons. Nous prenons la route pour 2h de route pour atteindre le nord de l’île. Réception : Accueil avec un collier de fleurs devant l’infinity pool. Un rêve. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le fait d’avoir gérer en amont le programme et les détails permet d’avoir une arrivée très douce et se mettre vite en mode vacances. Le personnel est adorable et nous fait sentir chez nous très rapidement. Nous sommes vite marqués par le calme qui règne au sein de l’hôtel. Une ambiance reposante s’installe et ne nous quittera pas. Chambre : spacieuse et chic. Très bonne literie La vue sur jardin est très agréable La salle de bain avec bassin intégré donne une touche exotique sympa. Nettoyage 2 fois par jour impeccable. Petit-dej : Exceptionnel. À la carte. Somptueux et gourmand. Dîner : Plusieurs buffets sont organisés dans la semaine dont un sur la plage au son des vagues. Chaque soir un groupe de musique, un spectacle de danse ou autre viendront égayer la soirée. Vous avez toujours la possibilité de prendre le menu à la carte qui est assez fourni même pour ceux qui évitent les aliments épicés. Piscine : vue magnifique - simple mais calme. Vous vous sentez seuls très souvent.
La plage est un peu petite avec de forte marée mais compensé par un ponton Menu du soir à la carte qui peut être répétitif.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l'hôtel Oberoi de Lombok. L'hôtel est très beau, un vrai paradis sur terre. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour exceptionnel.
